My regulations regarding Covid remain unchanged for face to face classes
'Karen Kidd Pilates controls my back pain by exercising my core and ensuring, in a controlled manner, that I work at the level suitable to my ability. The class varies regularly and there are always different levels offered for all abilities. Karen works hard to develop our muscle strength and flexibility throughout each year. We use various equipment at times which are always fun: balls, bands, circles, etc. I have tried many Pilates classes as a Physiotherapist and this is the best.' – Louise
I think Karen is 'an excellent, knowledgable, sympathetic and kind teacher.'- Carolyn
'Karen's classes are small, never more than 6 or 7 people so she is able to spend time on individual needs and can adapt the exercises to suit. I have osteoporosis and Karen always has an alternative exercise to compensate for this which enables me to get the same benefits as the rest of the class. My bone density has increased too and I'm sure Pilates has helped me achieve this.' – Viv
'Karen is a great teacher. She makes the classes interesting, varied and fun and always explains the exercises very clearly and checks that we are doing them properly.'
- Paul & Christa
'Karen is a fantastic teacher. She has enormous patience, huge empathy, massive knowledge and a wonderful sense of humour. Before ever going to Pilates, I thought it was all nonsense, but it certainly is not! My old shoulder injury is at last without pain, and the other bits of my body are all benefiting from a weekly session with Karen. I can't imagine life without her!' - Liz
