Classes are held weekly in term time and are taught in small groups up to a maximum of 8-12 people.  This is to ensure close supervision and support for each client and allows you to progress at your own pace.

Each block of classes runs between 5-8 weeks to coincide with school term times - see below.

Each class is £9.50 for an hour and this is payable in advance as one block payment at the start of a term which secures your place in the class.  Please note that refunds are not given but any missed classes can be 'caught up' in another class during the same term, subject to availability.

You are welcome to watch or try a class before joining - please let me know in advance.  You may also join a class halfway through a block if spaces are available.  Spaces are however limited and need to be booked in advance.  If the classes are full then a waiting list will be held and you will be contacted  once a space becomes available.

Before starting any exercise programme, it is advisable to seek advice from your GP or a health professional if you have any health concerns, such as a health condition or an injury.

Beginners - for newcomers to Pilates and is designed to teach the basics

Improvers - have a sound understanding of the basics and wish to improve their skills

Intermediate - have mastered the basics and wish to perform more advanced  exercises

Private Sessions 1:1 or 1:2

1 to 1 sessions are also available and are suggested for those who are taking up Pilates due to injury or a specific problem, have never done Pilates before or who prefer not to work in a class environment.  These sessions can be booked in advance and the cost is £40 per hour.  24 hours' notice must be given for any cancellations or the full fee will be charged.  1 to 2 sessions are also available and prices are on request.

General information

For the class, you should wear something that you feel comfortable in and that allows freedom of movement i.e. tracksuit, leggings, t-shirt.  Socks may be worn or you can exercise in bare feet and jewellery should be minimal.

It is advisable not to eat a heavy meal before a class or to drink alcohol or take drugs.  You should also not exercise if you are feeling unwell.

All mats and cushions and any other equipment are provided but you may bring your own equipment if you prefer.

Please contact me if you would like to book a class or a 1 to 1.  Once your place is confirmed, you will need to fill out an enrolment form and bring with you to your first session.
